Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
My refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, I am unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Most of the products I sell are digital downloads. All digital download sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded once the files have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item before completing your purchase.
The only physical product I sell is the bracelet, which may be eligible for return or exchange under the conditions set out below.
Digital Products
All digital download products are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once purchased, as they are delivered electronically and cannot be reclaimed.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital file, you must contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. I will review the issue and assist you as necessary to ensure access to your purchase.
Physical Product (Bracelet Only)
To be eligible for a return, the bracelet must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- It must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, worn or handled bracelets cannot be accepted for return.
Before sending a return, you must contact me at [email protected] for return authorisation and instructions. Do not send any item back without prior written approval.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your returned bracelet, I will notify you by email that I have received it. I will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after being notified of its approval, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds appear.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
I only replace bracelets if they are defective or damaged. If wish to exchange your bracelet for the same item, please email [email protected] for exchange instructions.
Shipping Returns
To return your bracelet, please email [email protected] for the return details.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
